jaw crushers and impact crushers

Our jaw crushers and impact crushers are available on wheels , tracks or on skids.

The crushing plants can be driven diesel-electrically or electrically.

The feeding normally takes place by a feeding hopper with vibrating chute, stockpiling of the crushed material by a belt conveyor.

Except of the KB 500, all crushing plants are equipped with an integrated pre-screening which removes fines material from the feeding material. This provides a low wear out of the crusher plates. The fines material gets stockpiled by a belt conveyor.

Options like extended belt conveyors, megnet belt conveyors, weather protection cover over the operation platform, dust suppression and hydraulic pillars are also available.
